FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN
This package is perfect for couples who would like a professional involved with every step of the planning process. The package begins with venue and caterer selection along with budget management and design. We will then work with you to secure all additional vendors including your florist, photographer, videographer, and entertainment. Your planner will review contracts, negotiate pricing, and help you narrow down some of the core decisions of your planning process. We will handle all communication with vendors, allowing you to be involved only in the areas you wish to be. The Fondly Frieda team will take care of all of your needs from start to finish including at the ceremony rehearsal and on the wedding day.
PARTIAL PLANNING
This package begins 90 days before your wedding date, but not without the guidance you need to succeed first. This is the ideal package for a couple that has already secured a venue, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, DJ, and other necessary vendors. We are here to help put the finishing touches on the event, and make sure everything runs smoothly for the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day. This package allows you to remain involved in all core decisions while also being able to sit back and relax with the knowledge that your wedding is in good hands. There is the option to add design services onto this package as well, which will allow you to work directly with Frieda to pinpoint your custom wedding design.
SPECIAL EVENT PLANNING
Whether you're celebrating a milestone birthday, planning a bridal shower, or hosting a corporate gala, we are here to ensure that every detail is expertly executed. Our special event planning services are tailored to meet your specific needs. We understand that each event is unique, and as such, our pricing is customized based on factors such as venue, guest count, and the scope of services required. Our goal is to make the planning experience as stress-free as possible, so you can focus on savoring every moment of your special occasion.
CONSULTING SERVICE
Our consulting service is perfect for the couple who isn't ready to commit to a planning package, but would still like guidance and the ability to ask a professional planner questions regarding contracts, bookings, and pricing. This service is charged by the hour and the client is able to book as many hours as necessary with Frieda. For those looking to have a day of coordinator with this service, we would recommend that you book the Partial Planning package, as it is the best of both worlds!
